Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra

In a culture that moves at an unrelenting pace—where urgency is constant, attention is fractured, and the weight of the world is never far from our awareness—our nervous systems are quietly overwhelmed. Without space to pause, replenish, or feel, we become depleted at a level that rest alone can’t touch.

 

This 90-minute class is an invitation to quietly return to yourself.

Through a blend of restorative yoga, guided meditation, and the deeply replenishing practice of yoga nidra, you’ll be supported in softening the inner noise, nurturing your body, and reconnecting with the quiet wisdom that always lives beneath the surface of daily life.

After a few minutes of gentle movement and grounding, you’ll settle into a few restorative postures, culminating in a supported reclined posture. From there, I will guide you on an inner journey that includes breathwork, body awareness, visualization, and deep rest.

 

Each session is held in a brave, inclusive, and trauma-conscious space, with care taken to support each participant’s unique experience. Every class is woven through with a theme rooted in nature, the inner landscape, or subtle anatomy. 

You’ll be guided gently throughout—an invitation to rest, reflect, and receive.
