This is a trauma sensitive exploration of the internal and external landscapes based on the 5-4-3-2-1 grounding method for anxiety.
Meditation and grounding techniques are not always beneficial for people who have experienced trauma. Over time, however, developing the capacity to experience the inner landscape can sometimes support embodiment and healing. This sense withdrawal meditation based on the 5-4-3-2-1 anxiety grounding technique is a gentle and experimental exploration into the inner landscape.
