Gentle Yoga
with Tara Mahady

A summer offering to restore and replenish and see if there is interest in continuing in the fall.

Two Sundays this Summer: July 27th, & August  17th 2025 | 8:00 - 9:30 am

Evergreen Healing Arts - 11 West Main Street, Bradford, NH | $20 per class

(If you’re part of the LGBTQ+ community or work within the local food system, you’re warmly invited

to attend as my guest if that feels supportive to your financial reality. There is an option to register this way.)

Come as you are and step into a morning designed to nourish body, mind, and spirit.

This slow, supportive class is an invitation to reconnect with yourself and explore the elemental energies within… body, mind, and subtle anatomy: chakras, meridians, and the spaces in between.

You’ll be guided through intentional movement and stillness to invite strength, balance, and harmony across the layers of your being. Modifications and variations will be offered throughout, with encouragement to honor what feels right for your body. All postures and practices are optional—you’re welcome to pause, adjust, or simply rest at any time.

We’ll begin with a centering meditation, flow into a slow hatha yoga sequence, pause in a deeply supportive restorative posture, and close with a guided relaxation (with optional Reiki) to integrate the practice before ending in quiet meditation.

These practices are designed to strengthen, soothe the nervous system, release tension, and open space for balance and renewal.

After class, head downstairs to Sweet Beet Café for a nourishing local breakfast

on the porch and carry the spaciousness of your practice into the rest of your day.

A lovely way to create and be in community intentionally, which is desperately needed in these times.
