Overview
Tap into the boundless energy of Goddess Śakti and the Śakta tradition (Goddess tradition)—the creative, transformative, and sustaining power that underlies all existence. This workshop series invites you to align with the dynamic forces of the Universe, through the Triple Goddesses, exploring how to cultivate inner courage, nourishment, and wisdom. Through traditional practices of mantra, visualization, and mythology, we’ll connect with Śakti’s expressions as the Goddesses Durga, Lakṣmī, and Sarasvatī. Each session also offers ways to work with the elements and create simple yet profound outer offerings to these fields of consciousness. Between workshops, participants are encouraged to engage with the energies introduced, deepening their connection and practice.
