This slow, supportive class offers a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself before the week begins.

We’ll begin with gentle movement to release tension and loosen the body. From there, you’ll settle into stillness with a restorative, guided relaxation, allowing your body and mind to unwind. We’ll close with quiet meditation, giving you time to land more fully in yourself and carry that presence into your day.
