Guided by Tara Mahady, along with Sarah Nelson & Brandy Patino of Studio 34, you'll be invited to soften, release, and reconnect. Live music, guided Yoga Nidra, and the quiet current of Reiki will carry you inward... beyond thought, beyond effort... into the deep waters of restoration.
