Slip beneath the noise of the world into the quiet sanctuary within. Guided by Tara Mahady, and Sarah Nelson & Brandy Patino of Studio 34, you’ll be held in an alchemy of live sound, Reiki touch, and the deep rest of Yoga Nidra.
Together, they will lead you to the ancient well at your center, the one tended by the wise elder of your soul. Here, you will drink deeply from the waters of replenishment and insight, letting them flow through every weary place, bringing renewal, clarity, and support.
