Step into a space of deep rest and renewal. This immersive 90-minute experience weaves together the healing frequencies of sacred sound (crystal bowls, drum, flute), the stillness of Yoga Nidra, and the subtle support of Reiki.
Guided by Tara Mahady, along with Sarah Nelson & Brandy Patino of Studio 34, you'll be invited to soften, release, and reconnect. Live music, guided Yoga Nidra, and the quiet current of Reiki will carry you inward... beyond thought, beyond effort... into the deep waters of restoration.
